Hi Wely

Thanks for your feature request. Given that we focus on implementing functions that have high customer value first, we would appreciate, if you could provide us with a list of functions that you feel are sorely missing. For example, as part of SQL Server 2005 customer feedback, we did add the upper-case/lower-case functions in SQL Server 2008.
