Released: Windows Live Tools February 2008 CTP

February 2008 CTP for Windows Live Tools is released! This release introduces MessengerChat control which allows websites to embeded this control into web pages and allow their visitors to initiate IM conversations with their web site users. SilverlightStreamingMediaPlayer Control is now upgraded to Silverlight 2.0 SDK Beta 1. Also, you can deploy these controls to hosting environment with medium trust.  We have removed the dependency with ASP.NET 3.5 Extensions Preview.

Based on your development environment needs, you can choose CTP Release for Windows Live Tools to work with. However, we recommed that you use February 2008 CTP. We would be retiring November 2007 CTP, Refresh, Refresh 2 and December 2007 CTP releases by first week of April 2008.
